I would agree with both Larry and Sean.
The exhaust upgrades you have purchased will certainly help. As I'm sure you know though, if the exhaust is much more open than stock, you'll need to fiddle with the jetting to get it right.

Currently in the fleet is a 1982 V50III, a 1979 V1000 Cafe' that I recently completed, a 2004 V11 Sport Ballabio which is my daily driver…
Damn these bikes are sweet. Can't wait to see them in person.
I used an Eldorado Veglia on my G5 project bike with a custom dash from Teo Lamers. I'm guessing that the Eldo tach would work as well.
