Hello Art.
I just bought a '78 in need of cleaning up.
Do you know where I can get parts, cables, brake rebuild kits, etc. I'm a retired helicopter mechanic but a little far from you to be of much help with the work you may need.

Jordan - Thank you for the mechanic lead, but PA is too far for me to travel for repair work. Like yours, my mechanic (John "Skip" Bic)was also a Moto Guzzi dealer (Freeman's Cycles). He's located in Beverly, MA, and as long as he's recovered from his various motorcycle accidents, his work is without fault (his latest was while vacationing in Italy this year - Italian hospital May through September, in rehab now).
This past weekend, I just winterized my LeMans and rolled it into my basement (unheated garage). How about you? I'm certain with all your bikes, you still have a few ready to roll at any and all times.
Arthur;Long time no speak....Just thought Id say a quick hello and to tell you I found a phenomanal guy that can help with your LM if you need it.Steve Ford is out in Pa. and has done some superb work on my 1000S and will be doing work to pretty much all of my bikes over the winter. He owned a Guzzi dealership in the 90's but stepped away from things for awhile but is now back into it.If you need excellent work done he is definitly the guy.Hope all is well .Jordan
Arthur;I attached a pic of one of my LM's but it might not have come out.Anyway,I just joined up here and it seems you're the only one to talk to!?.I'm swamped keeping all these bikes of mine in shape,5 guzzi's,2 sportsters,3 Norton commando's,and 1 Benelli six cylinder. Drop me a line and let me know you got this.Jordan
